Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program

A Catholic education is a blessing that we want to make available to every family in our Archdiocese. We work hard to keep Catholic education as affordable as possible. We are committed to help you find the financial resources that you need.

2025-2026 Archdiocese of Washington Tuition Assistance Program

The tuition assistance awarding timeline for the 2025-2026 school year ended on February 21, 2025.

However, you may still complete the application for future consideration. Please note that submitting an application after February 21, 2025, does not guarantee tuition assistance. However, it allows you to be placed in our system in the event that additional funds become available.

2025-2026 Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program Application

Please note that the Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program is now using a new service provider, FACTS. To apply, click the link above and search for the specific school under the institution search bar. For those applying to more than one school, you can do so on the same form—only one application is needed.

The Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program is available for students in grades PreK-12 who are applying to or currently enrolled in Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Washington. All tuition assistance obtained through the Archdiocese is based on demonstrated financial need. Financial need must be demonstrated each year to qualify. Families apply each year to receive tuition assistance. Applying for tuition assistance has no bearing on whether a student is admitted to a school.

Applications are available each year beginning in October and are due by deadlines announced for tuition assistance for the following school year. FACTS manages the process on behalf of the Archdiocese of Washington Catholic schools. Please note that you only need to complete one form for all children in a family, whether elementary school students or high school students, even if seeking tuition assistance for children attending different schools.
